Oshiran
Oshiran Ushayran
Similar to the Western major mode, with the third usually tuned slightly lower..
3ajam means “non-oriental” or “western”. Oshiran is the name for the note Bb.
Ajam in this usage means “Persian.”
A trick to escaping the ‘happiness’ of the major scale is using the note one semi-tone below the root (A in the case of Oshiran).
